1. Air-Gapped Philosophy & Offline Execution
SupraPDF Studio was engineered from the ground up under a strict air-gapped architecture. The desktop application operates entirely disconnected on your machine, never initiating outbound network connections, HTTP/HTTPS requests, or server validation pings.
All document processing—rendering, merging, foliation, permanent redaction, XRef recovery, and CPU-based NLU assistant queries—runs strictly inside your machine volatile RAM. Documents never leave your device, and no clandestine copies are stored to disk.
2. Ethical Web Telemetry & Absolute Local Sovereignty
Explicit and unequivocal distinction: the SupraPDF Studio Desktop Suite is and will always remain 100% Offline (Air-Gapped), completely free of telemetry, tracking, cloud processing, or internet connectivity. None of your files or desktop activity ever leave your local machine or processor.
In contrast, this public web portal (suprapdf-studio-web) utilizes Google Analytics 4 (GA4 measurement ID G-CZQPY904NN) via anonymous and aggregated measurement identifiers (technical cookies _ga and _ga_*) solely to audit site traffic, general geographic origin, and measure download conversions of official binaries (installer .exe and portable .zip). It never collects names, complete IP addresses, or document contents.
3. Support Channels & Ethical Feedback Handling
Interacting with our web feedback desk is entirely voluntary. When you submit a bug report or feature request, the details you provide (name, email, and message) are routed directly to our engineering mailbox (juacortesva@unal.edu.co).
Your email is used solely to respond to your technical question or update you on the bug fix. We never sell, rent, or share contact information with commercial lists, and you will never receive unsolicited marketing emails.
4. Local Preference Storage & Technical Cookies
On this official web portal, in addition to the anonymized technical cookies for aggregated measurement from Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*), we use the browser native localStorage to remember your visual theme preference (Dark/Light mode) and chosen language. We never issue behavioral advertising cookies or cross-site tracking networks.
In the Windows desktop suite, application settings and operational history (history.db) reside exclusively in your local user app directory. You can purge or wipe this data at any time from within the application settings.
5. Intellectual Property & Complete Sovereignty
You maintain 100% legal ownership, custody, and copyright over all documents processed or created with SupraPDF Studio. Because processing is strictly local, no third parties—including the creator—have any access to your data.
